This book focuses on exploring the impact of organizational resilience on the sustainable growth of companies, focusing on answering two questions: What makes highly resilient companies out of crisis and achieve sustained growth? What shapes the organizational resilience of highly resilient enterprises? The author adopts a multi-case comparison research method, and selects six high-resilience companies from the United States, Japan, and Denmark, including Southwest Airlines, Apple, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Lego, as research cases.
